IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your holiday booking at all, we would require at least one weeks’ notice.
This gives us a chance to re-book the accommodation.
Any cancellation with less than one weeks’ notice will lose the deposit.

Minimum Stay

We are introducing a minimum stay of 4 days boarding, so as we can accommodate everyone’s needs.
(The reason we ask for a minimum 4 days is we often have to turn away customers that want a two week stay or longer
because the accommodation is being held for just a short stay)

Late Drop

We will no longer be offering the ‘late drop’ option whereby if you arrived between 6.00 – 6.30pm your charge didn’t start until
the next day.
